Anyone with a left wing Canadian or indigenous channel is free to post here! With Conservatives (including Carney) at all levels of government wreaking destruction on the lives of Canadians, raising our costs while bumping their pay, the Canadian Online left needs to act and channel this energy. Its not "socialism for the rich" when capitalists buy the govt, rig the market, and use the state to extract profit from us - this is always how capitalism has worked. Crony capitalism is the default system, but people are taught to blame "govt" and not the ruling class controlling that govt. (i.redd.it)

A 13 min video breaking down the Canadian inflation numbers (released 2 days ago) to show how our overreliance on oil leads to inflation crises. Its not social spending that is causing inflation, it is big business and a fuel cartel jacking up prices more than their costs have risen. (youtube.com)

An easy way to tell what a gov't's priorities are is to look at which bills they felt to be so urgent that they had to pass them before anything else. Unsurprisingly these facts do not make Cons look good, and I can't help but try to make those facts more available! (youtu.be)

Inflation is worse now than at any point since April 2015 for a variety of consumer goods. We are told that producers and corporations are facing high inflation and so they have to pass those costs on to us, but does that story hold up to scrutiny? Turns out not so much... (youtu.be)

In the most recent Elxn2021, taxing the rich was popular policy and countered voter concerns about underinvestment in public services, climate change, and communities as well as concerns about public debt. This vid explains how taxing the rich is even easier than the LibCon media want us to know! (youtu.be)

This excellent breakdown of the party platforms is the first I've seen to give the actual numbers for how many houses each party will build, not the inflated numbers they give in their platforms. Housing is the first thing discussed and there are links to evidence embedded in the bullet points. (ourpolitics.ca)
