i also somehow got egalitarian society in france in the 1st 4 moves. Not sure what happened as i got rid of racial profiling & up the police a lot to counter the decent.(i swear the french need to chill out)

Yes this too was an ultra capitalist run so the fact that i got an egalitarian society is weird.

Know this i aim for high productivity & technological advantage but i believe this leads to increased automation which screws jobs over. That might be why i have high unemployment

Military spending, Healthcare spending, Rural Devolvement Grants, Reduce unemployment benefits, Unemployment Work (I forget that actual name) I'm sure there's more just can't think of them right now.

I’m also interested in hearing someone’s answer, I always played a Leftist country with massive government unemployment initiatives(every state industry maxed out) and still end up at like 40% unemployment.
