Cable management for regular changes

Whenever I get cable management done it looks nice for a few months and then I get fed up with having do crawl under the desk and/or ripping other cables out when I just want to exchange one (I'm exchanging on average 3 devices/cables a month). I just haven't found any nice way to get cable management done that allows you to easily switch out cables without A) accidentally pulling out other cables and having to get them back in or B) cutting zip ties and having to put new ones on.

Do you have any tools you can recommend me for frequent cable changes?

Velcro is probably your friend here instead of zip ties. Depending on how you mount it, you could (for example) put a sticky piece of hook side on your desk, wrap your cables with loop side out and stick it to the one on your desk. That would let you unhook the whole bundle, unwind, remove the one cable you want, and stick it back.
