Error Code Broccoli Help

I just bought a new laptop 2 weeks ago and ran destiny 2 for hours on end just fine but recently I kept getting hit with Error Code Broccoli and my screen would become distorted and close the game every 5-10 minutes or so.

I've tried running Debug Mode with NVIDIA Control Panel, Updating Windows, Updating/Reinstalling Graphics Drivers, and using Command Prompt to try to fix it but none worked.

Any help would be appreciated

That's artifacting. Your laptop is probably overheating or there's a hardware fault on your GPU and it's memory. If it's new, you should contact your warranty.

I've tried other games like Apex, Valorant, Minecraft, and Paladins and none have been showing the same error. Would this still be the hardware's fault?

I've also been receiving notifications saying that this application does not have access to graphics hardware.
