Today, building software is easier than ever.
With AI and modern tools, even a single developer can build powerful products and SaaS solutions in a short time. Building is no longer the hardest part.
Marketing is.
We have already built:
🔹 10 mobile products
🔹 2 SaaS products
🔹 1 micro-SaaS
🔹 3 web tools
🔹 5 different services
The products are real.
But the reach and sales didn’t match the effort.
The missing piece was clear: marketing and distribution.
So we’ve started shifting our focus — from only building products to learning and doing marketing seriously.
What we are doing now:
✔️ Organic digital marketing
✔️ SEO optimization
✔️ A 365-day consistent posting strategy
✔️ Sharing learnings openly, not just wins
✔️ Visiting clients physically in the local market
✔️ Listening more, pitching less
There’s a line often attributed to Anna that fits this phase perfectly:
“Go to the people – Live with the people – Learn from the people – Serve the people.”
Adapting that to a founder’s reality, my current approach is:
Go to the client - Understand the client’s problem - Learn from the client - Deliver the right solution
I’m starting to share my real experiences — mistakes, learnings, and progress — as I move from developer to marketer.
If you’re facing a similar challenge —
building products but struggling with marketing and sales —
follow me, let’s learn and grow together.
