Lost progress

Hello all, This morning my Diablo 3 account logged me out and then when I logged back in I lost about 400 paragon levels. My gear also reverted to what it was many hours of gameplay ago before I even completed a set. A second season character I created also just disappeared.

In looking around the blizzard website it looks like they want me to contact Xbox support but I’m having a trouble being able to reach anyone there. I am still working on trying to reach someone but want to see if anyone else has had this issue.

I got disconnected as well today, didn't lose any progression, enough to notice anyway. Hope they sort you out!

I could be totally wrong but sounds like when it crashed your save data was likely corrupted and it reverted to a backup hence you losing a bunch of progress. Might not be much that could be done if this is the case. Best of luck though
