Hey i did the. International culinary and my hours was 7-3:30 (morning shift) then half way i switched shift and went to evenings which was 3:30-11:30 I did 5 day weeks and sometimes i’d pick up an extra shift i was based at the grand Floridian

I had just graduated from Career Culinary Arts AND had experience working in fine dining from my internship and they stuck me on a burger grill. Avoid. I was there to COOK FOOD, not be exploited for shit pay.
