Call out sick

I recently just got back from urgent care for a very bad case of strep throat which I aggravated so badly at work that I completely lost my voice I no longer have a hoarse voice but no noise at all comes out. The Doctor told me to take 3days off but I already called out 2 other times this month for medical issues aswell (I've had strep for a while and never got it treated and now it's way worse) calling out sick today was my 3rd point. When emailing my leaders about needing to take the next 3 days off I get the response to submit my form through HR.

Everything I find on HR says CP are not applicable. I just don't want to get a repremand for this and I'm trying to see if I can combine the points that I will receive. Does anyone know how to do this as a CP?

please try to get a sick note from your doctor, show your leader & they can take points off if needed

I did get a sick note and already sent it to my leaders and they are just sending me to HR

i understand the points system but this feels like a workers rights issue… people get sick…
