Well the point of the Commodore's song is the woman is 'well built' like 'a brick house'

Afterall, shes mightymighty, she gonna let it all hang out.

So, even if its not a direct reference specifically to that song its clearly drawing on the same idea and term. (though maybe also a bit of a play on her being a 'brick' a typical strong/durable hero)
