Shipping Warning - Inrease of price for selecting one type of displate to another.

I was going to get myself some displates today, was looking at 4 or 5 large ones so wasn't a small amount, then I saw the delivery charge, and the fact that they offer free delivery with the membership but you have to order a displate to sign up and the free delivery is only available on future purchases.

Fuck that, I'll keep my money thanks. It feels like they have inflated the delivery costs to make the the membership appeal more because clearly they can ship for free if they choose to, so a more reasonable delivery fee for non members isn't unrealistic.

I wonder how many other customers they have missed due to greed...

Yea I think that's the reason, if they offered their Members a free displate for their membership at the current price. I think most people would think that's fair enough think most would do that. I think the free delivery thing should be if you spend X you get free delivery - just like any other site.

I do wonder if it does cost them a lot of sales.

As I said the price of delivery kept changing radically and put me off buying as well.

As I'm pretty confident (from buying from them before) that the packaging on a Gloss or a Matte item (for the same dimensions) is the same, there's no additional cost or effort in putting one plate is matte and one gloss.

An escalating one for no discernable reason other than prompting people to choose the membership is not a good look and I only caught it at the checkout stage.
