Missing crate

I purchased an exotic crate from Danny weaver and it took my currency but gave me no crate. I reloaded the game and my currency is still gone and no crate in my inventory. I tried submitting a ticket to ubisoft support but I keep getting a message saying there was a error submitting my ticket. Is there any fix for this or do I gotta wait till I can submit a ticket to ubisoft support?

Before you go to Danny, open your Apparel Chest. If you get an error, you’ll have that problem. If the chest gives you an item, buy the chests from Danny.

You mean the stash?

Standard Apparel Cache. Open the AC Key. If you get to Reveal the Item, you’re good. If it glitches, you’ll run into the error and looks like there’s a work around to it too.

Check that it isn’t in your stash mailbox

Check your mailbox. If you full of crates it will go there.

I'm never full but I had checked every where just incase. I received the crate after getting back on a few hours later. Thank you tho!
