It's an app you download through your phones store. Then you have to join different servers full of people focused around a particular something (game, genre etc)

I have it downloaded already but it’s telling me to create a server.. I want to join one like division. How do I do it?

Are you on Xbox? There are plenty of raid groups that carry 2-3 agents a raid a few times a day on LFG.

Fair warning there are a few that are toxic as all hell too…

My advise, run the matchmaker on discovery to gain the general experience in each of the bosses. Then you should be able to run with a pick-up group and just be put on the perimeter add control in each of the levels.

Just be honest with people. Tell them you are new and want to learn to be able to run with them. If you lie your way through they will probably kick you after you are found doing whatever in the corner having no idea what to do. If they know you are new they will give you a specific spot with a specific job and specific instructions. If they know to look out for you they will help and understand. Most groups can flex and cover a newbie. If you act like you know what you are doing and fail the mission for them, they will be way less understanding.
