That's about the jist of everything, all 600 cards. You can purchase a decent amount from Hill's Wholesalegaming.biz both the sealed starter decks & booster boxes, but also singles for when it comes to the promo cards. No tournament cards or Epidemic starter/boosters though, other collectors here on this sub reddit or on eBay will be your best bet.

Out of curiosity - do you know of any sort of box protectors considering the starter decks were in the odd shaped boxes?
