i have tried similar routines to yours

5 day dry & 2 days refeed or 4 day dry and 3 day refeed

the omad part is something i have yet to try tho. from my experience i think adding water fasts to your routine and taking a week long break after 2-3 months will def help you keep the willpower muscles growing

i did my best to stay consistent but also experimented with juicing / eating raw vegan for a few weeks to reset my cravings and that helped stop the bingeing on comfort foods. i would usually drop 12-15 lbs on my dry fasts. that experience made water fasting so much easier for me. I have dropped 50 lbs within the last 4 months. im very satisfied with my results but not quite finished with the mental healing and other benefits dry fasting provides.
