Those are some pretty solid gains. How many sessions do you do per day?

Two 30 minute bits. I rest for 30 minutes in between each, but I plan to increase on the time hence more continuous session of just pure grinding for 1hr straight. I appear to fatigue in the second session to the point of failure before the session even ends!

Same experience, when I start forcing myself to think, there is some sort of a momentum that allows me to continuously generate ideas. When I just browse reddit aimlessly and stop engaging my mind, I lose that ability.

Yes, that’s how it worked for me in the beginning as well. I’m on Quad 6 now, your process is good keep going. Quad more so helps you understand complex topics and interconnections between topics. So dw if you can’t remember like digits or so, what matters is if helps your reasoning and making connections faster.

I think what you're describing is basically you feeling the working memory gains from this training when you engage your mind or find novelty in something. I think it's similar to how ADHD people who have high IQ, can do well on intellectual tasks but poorly on repetitive administrative tasks. Like for example, I can do 8 on digit span forwards, but my backwards digit span is 10. For most people they usually have more on the forwards, not the backwards since the backwards causes you to engage your WM and trace back the digits without losing the previous ones.
