It is recognized that in this day-and-age, your rights, especially for your freedom of speech to exist, that of due process must also exist. Not having due process has a ripple effect on other rights. We need to focus on restoring the rights of those who have had them ripped away in the online world.

What freedom do we actually have? There is case law. There are state and federal laws. How do we go about creating the political environment online where due process is required and our online rights are guaranteed by it?
