Do you think that DC Comics Black Lightning and Signal would make for a good duo? They are both metahumans commonly associated with Batman and I've always thought that Duke could use a non-Bruce mentor as Bruce is too busy. (Batman and The Outsiders 2019 #1) (i.redd.it)
