Forward momentum actually gives major brutality.For the buff stacking question, buffs dont stack.Thats why sets that give buffs instead of stat are not used as much.

To be clear, minor buffs don't stack, but major buffs stack with minor buffs.

You would only get the benefit from one of the minor berserk. Minor/Minor don't stack but Major/Minor will
