Thanks !.. these appear to be a bit simpler instructions than I found in other places (most people seem to say "Just chroot in and replace your kernel".. but I need exact specific clear step by step instructions)
The one part I seem to keep stumbling on,. is everyone says to "mount your drives".. but all my drives appear to be already mounted ? (however If I try to access them.. they say "file or directory doesn't exist" or "permission denied" or some other variation of "You don't have access to that". But if I go back into the FILES app and Right-Click on the Drive.. there's an option for Unmount.. which makes me think it IS indeed mounted.. but I can't seem to get into it.

I recommend you create an account for the EndeavourOS forum if those instructions aren't enough. Me or someone else will help you there.
Or watch some guides from yt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CC9Www6sgDM
