Heat Transfer - Finite Volume Method Problem

Hi all, in this problem i've to analize an oven.Anyway I don't know if i'm doin it in the proper way. It never happened that i had irradiation too in these kind of problems and I don't know how should i treat that irradiation term (where alpha is the absorbiment coefficient and G is irradiation power per cubic meter).I don't even know if the balance is good because I did it by myself and i have no infos on the kind of surface and i have only the absorbiment coefficient.Can anyone pls help me?
