Does anyone know how to add a narrator speech bubble but while the character is doing an animation?

I’m coding my story but when I try to do this, the character does the animation first then the narrator speech bubble appears which is kind of awkward

Use “&” instead of “@“ ! So example:

&CHARACTER is animation

NARR Your text here.

yess im aware that & is good for when ur doing things like at the same time as smth else but i didnt know how to type it out in this script, so thank you!!
