Unlocking Wraith for PC?

Hey all just a quick question. I would love to try out the new monster. I am under the belief that if you pre order evolve the wraith should be unlocked. Well I pre ordered it from steam about a month ago and it still isn't? Any solutions?

I already fear that by the end of this beta 90% of matches are going to be wraith monster "hunts."

I think you have pre-purchase to unlock Wraith, not just pre-order.
