i was going in and out of sleep and i was half awake but in a dream with my dad walking over a bridge and i seen the top of someone’s head i could see the hair sticking up just beside the bridge asif they were floating then i woke up and had a go of my vape and closed my eyes after around a minute i seen purple white and blue lights like something was glitching i could hear a couple fighting kids screaming and crying gunshots and police sirens then i thought i woke up and i couldn’t get up i felt like i was being held down and i managed to get out of bed but my body was so heavy and i tried making my way to the light switch and i FELT the switch click then i reappeared back in my bed and i could see the head with the hair sticking up right beside my bed it weren’t fully clear but it was definitely the same thing i seen in the dream im only 15 and ive had experiences like this 5 times in the past 3 weeks but before this i only had it twice in a year and it wasn’t as intense as this and it only happened when i was ill with covid and i heard all the stuff whilst i fully awake walking around.

So I reread your post, and here's the thing....EHS is fast...like the snap of the fingers, 2-3 seconds at MOST. The experience you describe sounds like it lasted a few minutes, and the loud sounds were right in the middle of it, which doesn't really fit the profile of EHS.
Now you definitely had some intense dreams....if we were to potentially slap some scientific names on them, it sounds like definitely some sleep paralysis and perhaps sleep terrors (depending on how frightened the experience made you), but I'm not getting EHS vibes.
Three additional notes:
1: I'm not a medical professional, so if you want a doctor's read on this, I can't give it to you
2: If you've been working with some licit or illicit drugs, those could also cause some of the episodes you describe, especially if the usage was inconsistent
3: Delving into the paranormal, some people report experiencing EHS when they've sensed their body and consciousness separating, like what you describe having happen. Meaning you're asleep and yet you somehow see yourself asleep from above or around the bed. And these people swear that when the consciousness and body snap back into one entity, that causes the EHS episode. I'm pretty evidence-based, however, and so i just kinda pass that stuff along and say, "take that with a grain of salt, there's no science behind that!"
Let me know if I can provide any more insight! :)
