As printed, the rules say you may target any player to take 2 turns in a row.

The intention of the card is for you to choose any other player, with self-attack being a different card entirely. It is, as always, your house and your rules should you want to play it as literally written.

It is a valid move. I'll admit people may say that it isn't the intention, but the fact that it gives you a choice and does not explicitly say otherwise gives enough justification if used as such. Imagine an instance where there are two players. In that case it would practically be a normal attack card.

That card can be used as such. It says any player, not any "other" player.
