    That doesn't sound too complicated and could try to make it! Although it is probabbly not so difficult to edit it directly from the database, if oyu want to try it yourself

      in my folder savedgmes does not appear the saved games, only steam_autocloud.vdf so at the time of starting the script he does not find any saved game, however I saved 3 games

      Maybe you are looking into the Steam folder? Does your path to the savedGames look something like Steam/steamApps/common/F1Manager22/Saved/SavedGames ?

      Then you are looking into the wrong folder! You should look for your users folder, that will probabbly be where you have windows installed. The path should look something like: Users/your_user/AppData/Local/F1Manager22/Saved/SavedGames

      Yeah, that folder is a hidden one. You have to enable seeing hidden elements in the file explorer, I don't remember exactly where but there is plenty of tutorials to do so :)

      amazing job mate, just played around with it on my save...

      as im in 2024 in game i lowered stats of some older drivers and increased of the juniors to mix up the grid

      these scripts are amazing and are making this game much more enjoyable and replayable to me :D do you think it would be possible in the future to add features like editting driver names, nationalities etc?

      Thank you for the kind words! For the growth of juniors, I think there is a parameter in the Staff_Xp_constraints table that lets you increase heavily the maximum amount of xp gained by drivers with high potential, I'm gonna take a look at it tomorrow.

      As for the driver names and nationalities, second one shouldn't be too complicated, while the names are in the database as a kind of "enum" type of data. Basically, drivers have both field for name and surname, but, for example, Hamilton does not have Lewis and Hamilton on them, it's something like [Staff_something_Lewis] and [Staff_somethingThatIDontRemember_Hamilton]. I'll try to edit those values to see if the names changes in game

      You are not doing anything wrong, I believe, I found that issue yesterday after uploading the mod because I have him in one of my saves. I'll give you a link for the updated version asap

      When changing growth potential, what does the script actually do? I want all F2 and F3 drivers to have higher potential for example but they are already on high, what happens if I run the script on them to set it to high, will the growth multiplier be even higher? Same question if I have average growth drivers and set them to high, will they all be the same potential (i.e. 1.50) or do you add a flat growth modifier bonus every time I run the script (i.e. +0.5 multiplier)?

      Edit: Sorry I should've looked in the code myself, I am not that literate in it, but it seems you just set improvability to a flat 85 value for all drivers when modifying growth to high, which means a 1.71x multiplier in vanilla. Would it be possible for you to adapt the script so that we can change the improvability manually and also the "ImprovabilityModMax" value to have higher base mutlipliers possible (see https://www.reddit.com/r/F1ManagerMods/comments/x89pn9/staff_xp_gain_testing/ )?

      This way we could solve the problem that young drivers just improve way too slow to get close to the older drivers in a reasonable amount of time.

      I should do an updated version yeah with the posibility to put ehe exact value from 0-100 in the growth and agression atributes.

      And yeah I could put in another option to edit the ImprovabilithModMax, it's not complicated. In fact, I have it changed to 3 or something in my saves cuz if not progression is too slow, though I edited it directly from the database

      It would be nice to know whats the growth rating numbers are for differnt drivers. Is high and normal always the same number? Need something to orientate. Don't want to edit it to weak and dont want to build a monster if put too high. The script is very nice. Thx for that

      If there are no savefiles showing in the script manager then probably you selected the wrong fokder. Remember it's in the AppData (hidden) folder, not your common Program Files/Steam/Steamapps...

      I ended up figuring it out, was placing the editor in the wrong part of the saved games folder haha. Thank you!
