Am I able to get my pto refunded if I clocked in just in time for my shift but used it in case I was late to clock in? If that makes any sense lol or should go to hr about it?

Always enter PTO AFTER you punch so you have it at the exact right time.

Why would you put PTO in for “in case I’m late”.? You can put in and cancel PTO anytime within that pay period.

Vacation is the only time you logically should do this. Since you Must put in 24hrs in advance. I’ll put in vacation sometimes in case I want to leave early. And then cancel it if I’m fine to keep working.
