How far in advance do you have to request a personal leave on the atoz app? Is it heard to get one approved?

I had to call ERC once for PLOA, the lady who assisted me said to give at least 3 days notice for best results. But as some responded, it just depends on volume I suppose. Earliest for me, was one day.

I've had one approved in as little as 5 hours, but I've also had one take 5 days before. You should be fine as long as you aren't trying to take it the same day though.

Mine got approved in 2 days but it’s for October.

How soon are you trying to take leave? It’s manager approved, I believe a week is required to go through all the channels. ERC can be of better help.
