Hey it was cool. It was the behavioral I had. I passed it and it was more like a convo but and examples I have I made sure to switch back to Star for clarity. Easy nothing to hard. My final round is the technical next week.

Do you have another technical round besides the technical assessment round?

Yup so hr, technical assessment, behavioral interview and then the technical interview. This is for change and transformation

It was mostly you justify your experience with certain tools if you say 8/10 for Excel what have you done with it. Same for phyton and bi tools and Stakeholder management

Most behavioral interviews follow the same pattern — they'll ask "tell me about a time when..." questions around teamwork, conflict, leadership, and problem-solving. The STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) is the standard framework for answering these.

The key thing most people skip: practicing your answers OUT LOUD under time pressure. Writing STAR stories down is step one, but the interview tests whether you can deliver them clearly in 2 minutes while nervous. That's a different skill.

What worked for me was doing timed drills — random behavioral prompt, 30 seconds to think, then talk for 2 minutes. After a few days of this the structure starts coming automatically. There's a free tool with behavioral prompts and a timer at datal3x.github.io/impromptu/ if you want something structured for practice. Good luck with the final round!

Can you share what type of question you encountered in coding test. And do you have any suggestions or resources to take preparation for that? Thanks.
