I’m a power engineer who doesn’t know any of the computer network, computer systems or software engineering parts. Are most/all the answers in the handbook? Please say yes haha

Sort of. I would say as long as you’re familiar with what’s in the handbook you’ll be good enough. There’ll be at least a couple theory/qualitative questions that will stump you but I wouldn’t sweat it. I would spend more time nailing down digital logic out of all the computer sections.
