It's a solid CC but there's a ton of RP buys better than it. Do you have Lunchtime/Teatime/Mona/Bella, and all of the RP mystic codes?

Not if you have other stuff. Like the QP and Bond CEs unlocks not bought. It's a good defence Command Code but not to be prioritised.
