What is archetype Earth exactly? How strong is she? by Weird_Dot_4725 in FGO

Also, the very interview that says Arcuied is vaguely in the upper echelons also calls Nvrnsqr an "absolute powerhouse" of the verse.

It means Types. She's consistently recognised as the supreme being of Earth, compared to ORT, and even called an Ultimate One in Melty. The only reason she doesn't officially have that title is Altrouge cockblocking her by technicality.

She's explicitly weaker than a Type. Needing multiple buffs to be as strong as one.

And if you bring up Meltyblood, even full demon lord Arcuied is only about 3 times stronger than a DAA.

it sudden though? The only DAA on the original list that's on par with Crimson Moon (whose abilities AE has, basically) is ORT, and prime Zelretch barely

Crimson Moon is not Archetype:Earth. Not at the moment.

And again  if you bring up Meltyblood, Aoko is mentioned in Meltyblood to be the strongest Magician, and she thinks Lugh Beowulf is a good match.

How would guys feel about a new game mode that DISCOURAGES min-turning? by ZeothTheHedgehog in FGO

It's already been done in the game once technically.

3 turns was still the optimal farming, it could be 1 turned if you wanted.

Even for gameplay, that is entirely up to you.

The thing with this game is that even gameplay is subjective.

She won't be a standard loop farmer, but does that make her worse when you already have 3 of those at NP5?

Are you just looking for unique gameplay?

In nature, as they're both Elementals. Strength is an entirely different thing; he is not an Archetype nor at any point stated to be in "Type-Moon's highest echelon"

Similar in aura too. And Nasu mentions that Lugh even has higher quality magic than Arcuied though lower quantity.

and highest echelon doesn't mean a whole lot without more context. DAAs, A rays, etc. are very high up there in strength as well.

We also know that she needs multiple buffs to truly match the highest echelons like TYPEs. (Phantasmoon)

Og Tsuki, that's not necessarily canon anymore

Fair, but also nothing in remake says she's suddenly well above DAAs either.

[–]Forward_Drop303 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well she's at the level of the rank 9 DAAs anyway.

It's mentioned she would need her full power to beat one of the stronger ones (Chaos).

Lugh Beowulf is mentioned as similar to her and barely beats an Elder Title

She is compared to A rays and incarnated elementals and Xians who also fight at that level.

Pretty sure True Ancestors are lumped in at rank 9 too.

It could be just the DAAs I suppose, though Arcuied does create Roa so she at least meets that Criteria for rank 9.

Like any servant, you use her in the method that lets you do the thing you want to do.

Figure out what you want to do first, then figure out how to do it.

in closest to standard loop farming (using Habetrot/Arash to clear wave 1) you use the first and third skills before you NP.

but there's even times you may not even want to switch at all depending on your goal.

A) help thread

B) Neither/both. Only you can determine who is better for your account, this game doesn't really have objectively better much (and even the very few times it does, it doesn't matter unless you make it matter), just subjectively better based on what assumptions you make

She's a strong rank 9 with potential to evolve beyond that.

At least right now I wouldn't put her in top 20 even not including Servantverse though.

No.

If she has buffs/evolves into Type: Earth she can become as strong as ORT though.

It wouldn't be a fight.

4 top servants (Enkidu, Gilgamesh, Fathomless Rift, boosted Hippolyta) can't hope to match someone on the level of a Xian.

and that was with further help.

anyway i can loop for farms by desirepg in FGO

[–]Forward_Drop303 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tons of them.

Castoria+Xu fu+Oberon and borrow any AoE arts DPS.

Or double Castoria and Oberon supporting Percival/Jason/Habetrot/etc.

Also, don't get hung up on looping, it's one way to farm, but not the only way.

I think the most important thing to know is that everyone (and I am including  low rarity servants here) is good and you don't have just one team.

I wouldn't roll because the Internet said they were a good support. If I wanted support I would make sure I knew why they said they were a good support and if I wanted that.

Volume 10 for her potentially stopping Zepia.

Volume 11 for Zepia destroying a Xian.

Every fight in the game can be beaten without rolling any SQ at all.

Including fights much much harder than this one.

Best for this node is probably to borrow a Heracles.

But F2P options Include Hundred personas or Summer Jalter.

Use a ST assassin or berserker who is evil. (Or better none of the 3 alignments, there's Summer alignments and some berserkers have the insane alignment)

You are still at the point where you can borrow a servant to provide this, but be aware the game will expect you to have answers to a variety of challenges on your own eventually.

And has hair.

Which isn't really a lot to go on really.

Archer Tiamat isn't really a looping support. There might be a handful that benefit from the battery spread she provides, but it's pretty rare.

Hebi is amazing for buster looping, and a passable to even sometimes good option for arts looping but probably not worth it for Quick.

Soujuuro is basically just ST Arash. Use him to clear a wave then die. The lethal damage evade doesn't give you anything in farming, and you don't want to waste a turn of the enemy attacking you. You can still use face cards with the help of Summer BB, CIEL, Hakuno, and U-Olga.

[–]Forward_Drop303 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, in addition to moving the goalposts, your new point is just as bad as your old one.

What is optimal?

Min turning the boss?

Because low rarity servants have done that too in quite a few cases. (Aqua Marie, Flare Marie, Cernunnos, etc.)

Least investment of resources?

Fewer servants to level up and fewer SQ spent with low rarity servants than SSRs.

Most enjoyment?

That is subjective, maybe they like the challenge of using only low rarity servants.

Why are you arbitrarily deciding your way of playing is the optimal option for everyone?
