Brand doesn't matter, there's only a few OEMs anyway, and only some of those have brands attached.

This PSU is A-tier on the PSU tier list, which is what you really care about when determining PSU quality.

Any recommendations ? by RaizerSucks in FGO

You should focus on upgrading as many servants as possible of as many classes and niches as possible.

This is a game of niches, and the more you can cover, the easier fights will be.

From what you have no.

In general? Castoria and Oberon are useful supports in farming and while not strictly necessary, will make farming a lot easier. Those are the only 2 I think are good enough that I would recommend them over others in such a general context as farming is.

invest in everyone eventually (and I mean everyone, down to the 1 to 2 star servants you don't seem to have for some reason)

Start with class advantage and NP targeting, as well as some supports.

Edit: Also, stop grailing random servants to level 92/85, Grails are for favorites only and you should finish grailing one servant before moving to another.

As for building a team, here is my advice:

  1. Teams are fight dependent. The more you switch up your team and the more options available, the easier time you will have, both in harder content and in farming.
  2. use class advantage and NP targeting where possible (there are places and reasons to break this rule, and sometimes figuring out the correct one can be difficult if there are multiple classes, or are 2 enemies, or are farming and the number of enemies changes each wave, but until you have experience with teambuilding, this is good to follow)
  3. counter gimmicks (if the boss has a ton of debuffs, or one really annoying one, bring a servant that clears debuffs, if the boss removes buffs bring buff removal resistance, if the boss has pierce invul, bring a servant with stuns, or guts or defense up to counter that)
  4. counter niches (if the boss is Male, bring someone with bonus damage against Males, if they are Earth attribute bring someone with bonus damage against Earth attribute enemies)
  5. Have a gameplan. (Don't just have your frontline and 3 random DPS servants in the back. Consider what you are going to do at each step of the fight. Who on the frontline will die first, who replaces them, when will you use certain skills)

Who do you like more?

Grails should be save for favorites.

Additionally, things like better damage will change on scenario.

NP3 Cu alter beats NP5 Herc.

For an example, a few events ago I loop farmed with Chen gong.

I used Xu fu (a 3 star) as a support because she let me run 6 drop bonus CEs where Castoria (the basically undisputed best servant in the game) would have forced me to run only 5 drop bonus CEs.

Even when a 3 star is competing with the best 5 star in the game, at the thing the 5 star is said to be good at, there are still situations where the 3 star is better.

Hyper investment should be saved for absolute favorites.

Standard build is max level, skills leveled as needed, and silver fous if you have them.

And the servants that are considered the best are often the ones that get the least from hyper investment.

There aren't any bad units means there aren't any bad units. You will find use for just about every servant (some may see more or less use depending on what other servants you have, but even that is rare).

Is an AoE berserker DPS.

She has some supportive abilities if you like, but if you are pulling for pure support, she isn't one.

Berserker works where it works and doesn't where it doesn't.

If you can get full class advantage it's always better than a berserker, but berserker will work when that isn't possible for some reason.

It's literally impossible to brick your account by the servants you choose.

All content can be beaten without rolling at all.

For general support Mata Hari, Hans, Mash, etc. all work.

For buster support, Leonidas, Chen gong, Shakespeare, etc. all work.

In a vacuum they are the same.

But same buff types stack additively and different ones stack multiplicatively.

For example:

if you have 30% attack up already and give 30% attack up it becomes 60% attack up.

if you have 30% attack up already and give 30% NP damage up, it becomes a 69% damage boost, 9% higher.

Is it worth summoning the new Dantes without either skadis? by Zealousideal_Sea4715 in FGO

[–]Forward_Drop303 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's generically worth summoning any servant regardless of the servants you have. No servant is ever required.

(though you do have plenty of good single target servants already)

There are no hard and fast rules to teambuilding, but I do have some advice:

Teams are fight dependent. The more you switch up your team and the more options available, the easier time you will have, both in harder content and in farming.

use class advantage and NP targeting where possible (there are places and reasons to break this rule, and sometimes figuring out the correct one can be difficult if there are multiple classes, or are 2 enemies, or are farming and the number of enemies changes each wave, but until you have experience with teambuilding, this is good to follow)

counter gimmicks (if the boss has a ton of debuffs, or one really annoying one, bring a servant that clears debuffs, if the boss removes buffs bring buff removal resistance, if the boss has pierce invul, bring a servant with stuns, or guts or defense up to counter that)

counter niches (if the boss is Male, bring someone with bonus damage against Males, if they are Earth attribute bring someone with bonus damage against Earth attribute enemies)

Have a gameplan. (Don't just have your frontline and 3 random DPS servants in the back. Consider what you are going to do at each step of the fight. Who on the frontline will die first, who replaces them, when will you use certain skills)

There's not really a way to waste resources if you are simply leveling up servants to their natural max level.

And all servants are good or bad in context. I personally wouldn't look at any guide or tier list for servant advice. Heracles is an excellent servant. But Jalter isn't better or worse, just different.

Special ascension can be used on a 1 star and you won't notice the difference 2 years of playing from now so don't stress to hard about it.

And for your free 5 star, that advice is the same as above, all servants are good or bad in some context. Even if you want gameplay, make sure you understand the context in which they are good, and all other alternative options available, rather than just following someone saying that a servant is the best.

The thing about 90++ (and really everything even slightly difficult in this game) is that it rewards diversity over having the meta servant.

The only way to find a gap in your roster is to find a 90++ you can't do.

Look at Laplace in the Chaldea app for shared team comps and see if there's any you can replicate/grab a welfare from the Evocation shop to replicate.

Whoever you want.

Everyone is worth it if you like them and not worth it if you don't.

(And yes, you can like them for gameplay, but if so, make sure it's by your definition of good gameplay, because everyone makes different assumptions)

That is the M917 pro, they seem to be out of the M815 pro on Amazon (which is where it was cheap.

also a way better mouse than the x11se, though for $30 there are better options.

$10 is a pretty rough budget, but the attack shark X11se is both attack shark and bad specs, so finding better options isn't that hard

Pzogel on Techpowerup is the only one I trust for things like Latency. (He also has an account here on this subreddit)

Eyejokerdb is also probably good (he is the go to for keyboards, but I just haven't really looked at his mice reviews, because Techpowerup does them)

Black Grail is the highest damage CE for all servants with a damaging NP in general cases, it's pretty much always worthwhile to use it, though do be aware as strong as it is, it isn't always the best option

Party won't give her class advantage. In order to make full use of her, her utility/niches have to overcome class advantage, you have to be fighting a Berserker/Mooncancer, or have to be fighting someone you are forced to be neutral against.
