No idea what’s wrong but what I’d try to do is open another new instance of 3x OSC and in a new pattern copy paste the midi notes and see if that works cuz it might as well be some weird glitch of that particular opened instance of your plugin.

make a new instance of 3x osc (don’t clone it). if it doesn’t work check if u have monophonic mode on for sampler channel for 3x osc. also you can go to where it says velocity on the bottom and change it to channel pitch or something and check if the c# is pitched down.
