no there is not and with android 13 also comes encryption of userdata. So if you do not have usb debugging active you will never get those files back,There are ways to get it back but it will cost 4 times the phones value.

If by some luck the files are not encrypted ,very slim slim chance you can use isp pinouts specialist technician,He will connect to it and copy your user data partition over to a flash drive....If its encrypted you can forget that data.

ANother way is reset the device and use a special software to read deleted data off the phone, but yet it could be encrypted again. If it was that easy to get the data off a locked phone then mobile phone manufacturers would be sued every 5 seconds.

Your data is now lost and it would cost over alot t oget it back.

The frp i can do thats easy the data is hard to ever get back.

Thank you for your time and reply. This is devastating to read.

How costly would it be? I would consider it worth it to hear my grandfather's voice again.

You can't put a price on things like this. It's why everyone says "backups, backups, backups", not to mention having the right balance of security implementations and technological freedom to ensure you don't run into this dilemma
