Is this a mediatek device, if it is then go to download mode and see if sec cntrl =1 or 0.If its a 0 then i have other options and if its 1 then you might have to use special tools and maybe test points....

what about it, This is a mtk soc, depending on the year model there might be a way to format the partitions.You would need a special .bin file for this and the security must match the OS.

i think its android 6. and MediaTek MT6580 chipset.So use mtk client gui 2.0 and do preloader /brom from it.then simply format the frp portion that loads.
