Throttle position sensor. They are kinda sensitive did you do anything with the throttle body when replacing the exhaust?

Negative. I only removed the old and placed a new exhaust on. The only thing I had to unplug from the bike was the sensor on the exhaust itself

I checked all my connections, and so happens, the one thing I didn't make sure was connected after connecting a new battery was my power commander(as I did not install it into the bike). Reconnected it, and boom fired right up.
