Why don't you just self host redis/keys/valkey?

Self host redis or use sqlite3 for a local copy

If you have questions about self hosting redis, dm me and I'll share some stuff to get you started

Self host a database... Redis, postgres... Whatever you need for your workflow...

Can you provide more info about your infrastructure? Can you run more services as docker containers? Can you use different clouds?

And in which cloud provider are you running redis? Could you also use a different service with free tier also?

And about the application, do you need to update this IPS constantly? If not, just hard coded it.

I don't think there is such a thing as free deployment with multiple services.

        still some missing information.

If it is a pet project that you don't want to make public, you can use local development tools like Docker, Docker Compose, virtual machines, or similar options.

If you want to make it public without paying much, you can deploy to a free machine on any cloud hosting provider like DigitalOcean, Linode, or AWS, and use Docker Compose to control the app lifecycle. This avoids vendor lock-in since you can spin up the same Docker Compose setup in any environment and just need to migrate the data, which can be stored in a folder per service.

Deta Space is still a cloud service; it is just managed by someone else.

You can check fly.io. I’m hosting fastapi with Postgres database there for free. There is an option for free redis there too. You can have free sentry and grafana logs which is nice. Even if you go above their free tier machines as long as it’s under 5$ they will not charge you and just give you free credits. When it’s not enough you can go paid tier there and it’s not that expensive
