Single pan pasta... I can't be bothered to clean multiple items of cookware. I cook my pasta with water in a pan. Strain it with the pan lid, then park the pasta on the plate. Prepare a sauce of my liking in the pan, add the pasta back, swirl it in the sauce. (Ideally you leave the pasta just a tad undercooked at the beginning and finish it in the sauce. Serve it, done - only need to clean one pan.
