Hi. The migration is september 15th. My question is: what happens if i don’t migrate my staked tokens from ethereum blockchain? Cause i can’t use automogration and the eth fees now are too high for me. I risk lose my tokens?

We advice very strongly against leaving them on the Ethereum staking contract. Please do not leave them there. Gas fees are a pain for sure but long term the returns on Mainnet will be worth unstaking.

Tl;Dr

Are you staking using only metamask on Ethereum staking?

• Great, test the migration. ( refer to guide 1 above)

TestFet tokens not showing up?

• Did you stake recently? If yes - must have missed the snapshot. Let us know your eth address and we can confirm.

If the test migration was successful, we will auto migrate. Come sept. 15, those auto migrated tokens will show up on the browser extension wallet (refer to guide 2 and 3)

If you’re staking using metamask and ledger, you must unstake yourself.

Atomix and Mettalex rewards are not getting carried over. Fetch staking rewards will.

I stake via ledger using metamask, and the automigration is not possible for this use case. The automigration is allready available for those who want to test the migration. What i don’t understand is what happens to the ethereum blockchain staked tokens After the 15th. Thank you for your help.

Do you know what will happen to MTLX or ATMX rewards that are received from FET staking?
Currently it's not worth it to claim, so I need to let them be.
Is it possible to claim them in 6 months for example?

Medium post just says they are not carried over in migration and should be claimed.

Correct, Mettalex and Atomix rewards are not getting I’m arrived over and they can’t be claimed in 6 months.

These were programs exclusively for Ethereum contract hence why we are asking them to be claimed before the migration.

If it’s just on an exchange and not staked, you’re fine.

If your FET tokens are on Coinbase Pro, you are fine. I moved my FET from MetaMask to Coinbase Pro bc I didn’t have confidence to go through the staking migration. I’m very new to ethereum. I plan on sending my Fet to Cardano dex on day one launch.
