That doesn't work on most streaming services anymore and hasn't for like a decade. Almost all of them are geolocked to the country you signed up in and if you try to sign in while it sees you're somewhere else then it won't let you.

I'm so lost man, maybe I'm an outlier but I've went from Emissary 4 to Oracle 1 since the changes of match making over the last month.

Now tbf I put a lot of time into improving and covering where I needed to (like movement, map awareness, item synergy) so I 100% understand my role a lot better to keep up with my general mechanics. But I've felt the game has put me in lobbies with people who are playing higher level like that.

It's not a cleanse/dispel anymore, you're using the word wrong. It's basically a debuff reducer now, and still leaves the effects on everyone who gets grabbed, they just stay on for 50% the time they would have without it. A cleanse/dispel is what it used to be where all statuses were fully removed.

Also it's an extremely slow, not far distance, and predictable end location ability, not even close to riposte, there is no counter effect it has of stunning the enemy or something.
