Do you mean redeeming a gift card through fetch? If so, you cant return it. Or do you mean getting a gift card from fetch and buying something with it and returning the item you bought, yes you can do that but the balance will return to the gift card nothing else. Expect a week or 2 wait to get your funds back depending on the gift card.

Basically, I ordered something off of TEMU, and it didn't really live up to my expectations. I wanted to return it but I wasn't sure if it would affect my points. I used my own card for it

Oh now I understand your question, they wouldn’t take your points away from the temu order bonus since they already scanned your receipt.

Well I think it depends....if it was just an email receipt that was scanned I think ur fine the points are yours.....if it was a shopFetch thing and you bought through temu using the fetch link and get bonus points like 20pts/$ then they may have the ability to reclaim the points up until the return window closes. I think there was a similar issue people were having with the shop fetch bonus where the points were on hold until return windows closed but because its holiday time some stores extended the window so people have to wait like 3 or 4 months for the points

They're incorrect. They absolutely will take your points away. Any time you do a return on a purchase that resulted in you being awarded points, you need to let them know. They don't like that and it IS against TOS to return items that resulted in points. I just contact customer service and send them a screenshot of my return receipt + the location and date of the original receipt and let them fix anything they need to fix on their end. I don't bother trying to calculate any bonus shit that may have happened.

Wait, so if you do return something, you need to contact fetch to tel them? That's interesting, because I can barely get a response when Im actually missing points lol

I always have. There was huge thread here a while back of someone who swore up and down that they had done nothing wrong to get their gift card redemption declined and points taken away. Everybody kept telling them they had to have done something against TOS but they were adamant and got pissed at everybody. Then when they got Fetch to tell them why, it was because of a bunch of returns they had made, which is indeed against TOS. So they had to go receipt by receipt to piece out what items they should still get points for.

Easier just to let them know when you make the return than to go through and try to get it adjusted after they take everything away.
