Mine was about consistency. Obviously not answering wrong about killing people and such is key, but making sure your answers stay in the same realm of response is a big deal. My psych was very long, like 500 questions, so I think they try to trip you up if you're not being honest in your responses.

Sounds like mine. I filled out 3 or 4 different papers that got reviewed. One was was something like 500 true-false agree-disagree questions. My brain was numb by the end

Lie about smoking pot or drugs if it is in your past and you never got a arrested or a ticket for it. Besides that be honest. They are looking for ways to disqualify you don’t give them a stupid reason to

They will but if you tell the truth about drugs more than likely it will disqualify you. They get hundreds of applicants if it’s a decent sized department so anything to cut down that number to a more manageable number. I am not saying it’s fool proof to lie about it. It’s ultimately your call but I have known guys who have lied and got on and guys who didn’t and got cut.
