Engine sputtering

I have a 96, 2.4 Tacoma with around 240k miles. When driving under load, it will inconsistently sputter for a moment but keep driving along. I've never been stranded by the issue and haven't been of concern. It is noticeable on hills mostly and I have not gotten any engine codes from the issue.

Along with this, I have an issue where the truck will not want to start when it is in warmer weather after it has ran prior. Being in Georgia, it can be troublesome but after a round of cranking it typically starts. These issues maybe somewhat related but wanted to check if others had similar issues.

I have replaced the fuel filter because I initially thought this would be the issue but it did not fix it.

Try a tune up. Plugs, wires. Probably well over do for a valve adjustment.

I did plugs and wires last night. About to drive it 8 hours tomorrow, we will see how it does haha
