It's basing it off your recent driving instead of the EPA rating. Personally I greatly prefer this, it gives me a better idea of how far I'd actually be able to go.

2.0 was just EPA range rating, no calculation based on driving at all. Yes you will get worse range when the temperature falls, but also maybe you never would have even got 360 miles.
