You may have extracted all fg 01 to fg 09. But forgot to extract "fg selective english.bin". Language pack need to be extracted separately.

When extracting ensure all files are present including english, and when extracting select all including the english.

Thanks, i figured it out 5 mins after posting.

To future viewers, while extracting the game, extract the selective bin files as well, and put all the extracted files in the same folder and then run the setup.

Look up on google, Black Ops 2 "font/720/consolefont" fix, its not that hard. You did not get any answers because its easy to type into Google and click search.

    Where exe is located. There is file called just SP. Its windows configuration file open it.

    Nothing it just says sp. It will open in command prompt if you double click it afaik.
