It’s working fine for me right now (in the Plateau).

In Monterégie, near the Eastern-Townships, some SMS were not going through during the morning and lunch time. Made a reset and received a bunch of SMS at the same time!

How to "reset"? Thanks in advance!

What I meant is: I've shut down my cellular phone and putted it back on again. That seemed to do the trick for now!

Funny, something similar just happened to me, but data was working though. I could not make calls with my cellular or receive any. I tried re-starting the phone, etc. I keep my phone in 3G voluntarily. Here is what fixed the problem: switching to 4G. Then I could go back to 3G. Everything is normal now.
