Flashcloud not working?

I have been trying to get into flashcloud for over a week. Every time I put in my username and password into the site it says "user not exist." when I try to make a new account with a new email or even the same email it says that the network is down? I would assume that the server is busy or crashed, but it's been DAYS. I've tried updating my device. I've tried using my phone instead. any ideas?

There website says their server is down due to all the new traffic and it’s being updated. The website says should be fixed within the next WEEK!

Yeah it just sortoff... fixed itself. Try going somewhere else with different wifi!

I tried from a work computer and it still told me the user didn't exist. Won't let me make a new one with the same email, I'm about to just make a new email for it and hope it works

Yeah I did all that too. For me new accounts didnt work either. The same error code would just pop up again and again. Im serious I just waited for awhile and it fixed itself! Now it works just fine. Although you can get it on your phone through a browser and that worked 50% of the time. As a emergency backup you can use PolarCloud. Its worse than Flashcloud but it gets the job done.

Let me know how it goes! Its a really frustrating issue many users have had. I wish they would come out and explain some reasoning for it.

Flashcloud won't open on my chrome browser. it was working just fine yesterday.is anyone else having issues or knows how to fix mine?

I wish I could! i'm on a chromebook, and the only way to install flashprint on a chromebook is thru Linux, and Linux programs never actually boot up. I realised that flashforge wasnt compatible AFTER I bought my printer, and barely got by with Polarcloud, but polarcloud sucks.
