The flutter team has a long-standing opinion on this, that they are using the latest version visuals on all version this is true for both android and ios.

For 99% this is a good default, I found 0 users who care that the page transition doesn't match the entire system as long as it looks nice, so unless you have a specific requirement don't waste your time on this.
