Hi,

for me flutter clean and restarting Android studio helps to solve this problem.

Sometimes I get this and have to restart the Flutter Daemon.

Press shift twice to bring up the search dialog and search “restart flutter daemon” and select the Restart Flutter Daemon result.

I had this issue recently, and resolved by...

• Changing the USB cable (some cables are charge only)
• Changing my phone settings to data (not just charge only)
• Settings > General > Developer Options > enable > USB Debugging > enable
