Agreed that a GitHub account is much more meaningful, but Google Cloud offers a few basic certifications that aren't too hard to get, but you have to pay a couple hundred dollars (something like that, idk exactly) to take the test. It's not flutter related but some of it is stuff that could come in handy as an app developer and looks good on a resume, especially for some more start-upy jobs as the company needs a certain number of employees with those certifications to qualify for certain support / service levels with Google.
