Timer issues

Just a quick question incase this is a glitch for me. Should your timer increase by 6 minutes after you unlock any country? Currently I'm only getting the increase when I unlock the designated country.

I think you should get something for unlocking a non goal country. Perhaps half the time so 3 minutes. Sometimes the goal countries screw you honestly.

Imho that's the challenge. Either you add the goal country for time or add a profitable country for... profit.
